NEW! Now no more carpet. We have a new wood floor down everywhere there wasn't tile. It's cleaner and looks better too.


Nicer than a hotel room since I live here part of the year. We have a futon/bed, tile and a 32 inch TV with DVD/VCR! Also have a 2nd smaller TV and VCR with video inputs so the kids can bring their video game or watch movies without tying up the big TV. Speaking of TV...if you are inside for some reason we have the best channel selection I've ever seen at a rental. All the major stations with over 60 total, including kids channels like Disney & Cartoon Network. We even have Speed for those NASCAR fans that can't stand to miss a race even on vacation:-) HBO1 & 2 are even on the lineup...

Of course I'm betting you will be so busy soaking up the sun, sightseeing, taking in a Daytona Cubs game (we are just across the bridge from the stadium) or enjoying one of the special events our town hosts to watch much TV!


We officially have wireless broadband internet in the lobby. I normally sit my laptop on my desk and get wireless internet fine. Email or call and I'll give you the details if it's important to you.

This is my 2nd home, privately owned and it's a very nice place to stay.

New electronic push button lock on the door! Now you don't have to carry a key to the beach or pool:-) I always had a hard time keeping up with metal or card keys when I went to the beach. Believe me It's nice not to have to worry about loosing a key in the sand or surf.

New Microwave, paint, TVs, Tile in Hall, bath, kitchen, with balcony. Access to 2 pools plus weight room.
